Digital Products Policy

Digital Downloads

Certain products sold by Roasterz Imports are digital products and do not require physical shipping.

Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered electronically through our website and/or via the email address provided at checkout.

By purchasing a digital product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

No physical item will be shipped.

Delivery is considered complete when the digital download is made available or sent electronically.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure receipt of digital products.

Customers should check spam, junk, and promotional folders if download emails are not immediately received.

Roasterz Imports is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the customer, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted except where required by law.

Chargeback Policy

Customers agree to contact Roasterz Imports directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital product may be considered fraudulent if the customer has received, accessed, downloaded, or otherwise benefited from the purchased product.

Roasterz Imports reserves the right to provide evidence of delivery, fulfillment records, customer communications, download logs, order history, and acceptance of these terms to financial institutions and payment processors when responding to chargebacks.
