Digital Products

Roasterz Imports offers digital products, including but not limited to downloadable content, digital memberships, and other electronically delivered products.

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all digital product sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased, delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to the customer, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically through our website, email, or other digital means immediately after payment is successfully processed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring they can receive electronic communications.

If a customer experiences difficulty accessing a digital product, they must contact Roasterz Imports for assistance before requesting a refund or initiating a payment dispute.

Chargebacks

By purchasing any digital product from Roasterz Imports, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

No physical item may be shipped.

Delivery occurs electronically.

Access to the digital product constitutes fulfillment of the order.

Customers agree to contact Roasterz Imports directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Roasterz Imports reserves the right to provide payment records, fulfillment records, download logs, customer communications, IP logs, and acceptance of these terms to financial institutions and payment processors in response to chargebacks or disputes.

Physical Products

Physical products may be eligible for return only if received damaged or materially different from the item ordered.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photos of the product and packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Roasterz Imports.
